The Biggs Museum of American Art is located in historic, downtown Dover, Delaware. We are conveniently located in Legislative Mall, near US-13 and US Route 1. The Museum is located on the second and third floors of the Delaware Visitor’s Center. The Biggs Museum is an easy drive and offers free parking!
